1. Responsibility

As a distributor, Brico-Tech applies the warranty conditions defined by its suppliers. Some products are covered directly by the manufacturer or through our logistics partners.

2. Return Due to Order Error

Returns for incorrect reference, misdiagnosis, or customer no-show can be accepted within 14 days from the purchase date, only if the product is still listed in the catalog.

Return conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in perfect condition.

  • Original packaging must be intact, without any writing, labels, or stickers.

3. After-Sales Return Procedure

All returns must be requested through your customer account. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

Conditions:

  • The returned product must match the reference and quantity originally declared.

  • Warranty seals (stickers, stamps) must be intact.

  • The purchase invoice must be included in the return package. Without this document, the return cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracked shipping with signature confirmation.

Returns are processed within a maximum of 5 business days, except in exceptional cases (closures, peak activity, absence).

4. Warranty Conditions for Spare Parts

WARNING: Warranty does not apply to installed screens if the following conditions are not met:

  • Front and back protective films must be present when returning the screen.

  • The screen must be cold-tested (prior to final installation).

  • No traces of glue, scratches, cracks, or shocks must be visible.

❌ Any screen with the film removed or permanently installed loses its warranty, even if a defect appears a few days later.

The warranty period varies by product (see product sheet or invoice). We do not offer lifetime warranties.

5. Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the defect or error is proven to be on our side (non-compliant product, confirmed defect, preparation error). In such cases, we will cover the cost or offer a refund.

No prepaid return label is automatically provided. The customer is free to choose their preferred carrier, under their own responsibility.

6. Abusive Returns / Irregularities

  • Non-compliant packages will be refused.

  • Any package without the purchase invoice or with inconsistent parts will be kept for a maximum of 20 business days.

  • Non-accepted parts will be destroyed with no possibility of claim beyond 5 business days after processing.
