- Estimated delivery time : between 1 and 2 working days .
- For your urgent shipments, we offer Chronopost, an express solution that guarantees fast delivery in 24 to 48 hours. Parcel tracking is available in real time, and delivery can be made to your home or to a relay point.
Additional information:
- Shipping : Orders placed before 2 p.m. are shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Order tracking : As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track the progress of your order. You can also check the status of your order in your customer area on our website.
- Late delivery : If you have not received your order within the estimated time, please contact us at support@brico-tech.com so that we can assist you.
- Delivery costs : Delivery costs are calculated automatically when validating your order based on the weight and the chosen delivery method.
