These General Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "T&Cs") legally govern the use of the site https://brico-tech.com (hereinafter the "Site") and the services provided by the company ATHEXIS TECHNOLOGY (hereinafter the "Publisher").

Access to the Site and its use imply full acceptance of these T&Cs by the User. These are accessible at any time in the “General Conditions of Use” section of the Site.

Article 1: Access to the Site

The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with Internet access. All costs related to access to the Site (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are the exclusive responsibility of the User.

The Publisher strives to provide access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, access to the Site may be suspended, limited or interrupted at any time in order to carry out maintenance operations or updates.

The Publisher cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from the unavailability of the Site.

Article 2: Registration for the Site

Access to certain services on the Site may require the creation of a user account.

The User undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. He is solely responsible for the confidentiality of his connection identifiers.

Article 4: Intellectual property

All elements present on the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, graphics, icons, etc.) are protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.

Any reproduction,representation, modification or exploitation of all or part of the Site without prior authorization from the Publisher is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal proceedings.

The information collected on the Site is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act.

Article 8: Modification of the T&Cs

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time in order to adapt them to legislative, regulatory or technical developments.

The new T&Cs come into force as soon as they are published on the Site.

Article 9: Applicable law and dispute resolution

These T&Cs are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, the User is invited to contact the Publisher as a priority in order to seek an amicable solution.

In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the rules of common law.
