Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code

1. Principle of the right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay penalties.

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the seller of his decision by an unambiguous declaration (for example by mail or email) to the following address:

The customer can use the model withdrawal form shown below, but this is not obligatory.

2. Product return period

The customer has a period of 14 days after having communicated his decision to withdraw to return the product to the seller.

3. Return conditions

Products must be returned:

in their original state;
complete (packaging, accessories, instructions);
without trace of use;
properly protected for transport.

The customer is responsible for the depreciation of the product resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product.

4. Special case of electronic spare parts

Electronic spare parts (screens, batteries, cameras, connectors, etc.) are sensitive products that require precautions during their handling and installation.

It is strongly recommended to test the components before any final installation.

Returned products must not have been installed, glued, welded or used permanently. Protective films and warranty labels must be present.

Any product showing traces of assembly, glue, cracks, scratches or final installation may be subject to refusal of return, except within the framework of the legal guarantees provided for by the regulations.

5. Return costs

Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error by the seller or a non-compliant product.

The customer is free to choose the carrier of his choice. It is recommended to use tracking shipping.

6. Refund

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the seller reimburses all sums paid by the customer, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal request.

The seller may, however, defer reimbursement until recovery of the product or until the customer provides proof of shipment of the product.

The refund is made by the same means of payment as that used when ordering, unless expressly agreed by the customer for a refund in the form of a credit.

7. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in particular for:

products unsealed by the customer after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or protection;
products personalized or manufactured according to customer specifications;
products that have been permanently installed or used.

8. Return procedure

Any return request must be made in advance to customer service in order to obtain return instructions.

Products must be returned accompanied by the invoice or any proof of purchase.

The return address will be communicated to the customer upon validation of the return request.

9. Standard withdrawal form
