Delivery
Our delivery conditions
Orders are shipped after payment validation from our warehouse.
We use different partner carriers to offer you the most suitable delivery solution depending on the destination, weight and dimensions of the package.
Delivery methods
The available delivery methods are offered automatically when your order is validated. They may vary depending on:
- the delivery destination
- the weight and volume of the package
- services available from our partner carriers
The selected carrier as well as the delivery costs are clearly indicated before confirming your order.
Shipping times
- Orders are generally shipped within 24 working hours after payment validation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery times
- Delivery time depends on the carrier selected and the destination.
- Indicative delivery times are displayed when choosing the delivery method before confirming the order.
Order tracking
- Once the order has been shipped, an email containing the tracking number is sent to the customer.
- Tracking is also available from the customer area.
Legal deadline
In accordance with article L216-1 of the Consumer Code, the order is delivered within the time indicated when ordering. In the absence of specific indication, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after validation of the order.
Late delivery
In the event of late delivery, the customer may request delivery within a reasonable additional period of time. If delivery is not made within this period, the customer may request cancellation of the order in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
