Original vibrator for Samsung Galaxy S10e

The Samsung Galaxy S10e vibrator reference GH31-00734A is an original manufacturer part, delivered in Service Pack packaging. This part reproduces exactly the haptic behavior of the new device: vibrations from calls, notifications and touches restore the sensation intended by Samsung. A worn or failing vibrator leaves the user without tactile feedback, making silent notifications invisible.

When to replace the Galaxy S10e vibrator

Several signs indicate that replacement is necessary. The device no longer vibrates at all during calls or notifications, while sound works. You may also notice that touch feedback becomes imperceptible, or that vibrations have become very weak and irregular. In these cases, the vibrator motor has reached its wear limit. Unlike a battery, a failing vibrator cannot be repaired: it must be replaced.

Vibrator motor specifications

This Samsung Service Pack vibrator motor operates at constant frequency and connects directly to the Galaxy S10e ribbon cable. It reproduces the three vibration levels that the operating system uses for notifications, calls and haptic feedback in games. The Service Pack packaging guarantees that the part leaves the Samsung factory without modification, under the distribution conditions intended for official repairs.

Contents and installation

The package contains the vibrator alone, without tools or additional adhesive. Installation requires removing the existing vibrator module from its connector ribbon and sliding the new vibrator into place. This operation takes a few minutes on an open device. No gluing is necessary: the vibrator is mounted by simple mechanical locking.

Exact Galaxy S10e compatibility

This part is suitable only for Samsung Galaxy S10e (model G970), identifiable by its small screen and compact chassis. The vibrator bears reference GH31-00734A: note this code before ordering to verify it matches your old vibrator. Similar models like the Galaxy S10 or S10 Plus use different motors.

Warranty and reliability

The vibrator comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Samsung Service Pack parts have the same reliability level as original equipment parts: they come from the same production lines and undergo the same compliance tests. A Samsung vibrator should operate without fault for several years of normal use.
