Recognizing charging connector wear

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 charging connector gradually wears down over time. You may notice that the phone no longer charges regularly, that you need to hold the cable at a certain angle, or that the connection drops for no reason. These signs indicate that the connector pins have oxidized or that the port itself has been damaged. The phone then refuses to recognize the cable, even if it was reliable before.

A failing charge makes the Galaxy Note 8 impractical for daily use. Replacing the connector immediately restores stable and reliable charging, without complex intervention.

A genuine Samsung part in Service Pack

This charging connector is a genuine manufacturer part, supplied in Service Pack. It is the same connector that Samsung installs in the factory, presented in the manufacturer's repair packaging. The manufacturer reference GH97-21067A confirms its authenticity and compliance with Samsung specifications.

The Service Pack guarantees that you install exactly what the device requires, with no compromise. The part has undergone no renovation, no refurbishment. It comes from Samsung stock and arrives ready to be fitted.

What is included in the package

You receive the original charging connector for the Galaxy Note 8, mounted on its flex cable and ready to be integrated into the phone. No tools or additional accessories accompany this part. Installation requires disconnecting the existing flex cables and fitting the new connector in place.

Exact compatibility and verification before ordering

This charging connector is suitable for the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 N950 only. Before ordering, verify that your phone bears this designation on its rear cover or in system settings (About phone). Confusion with the Galaxy Note 8 of another regional version would prevent installation.

The reference GH97-21067A is the one you should find on the old part removed. It confirms that the replacement is correct and that the new connector will click into place exactly as expected.

Warranty and part compliance

This genuine part comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. It has been individually tested to verify that charging works correctly and that the pins make good contact. Any defect observable upon receipt can be reported to the shop within this timeframe.
