Adhesive Sticker Back Cover Samsung Galaxy M53 5G

This adhesive sticker replaces the layer of glue that holds the back cover of the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G against the chassis. Why change the adhesive with each opening

Reusing the old strip therefore exposes the cover to poor fixation. Fitting a new adhesive with each disassembly gives a fixation identical to that of the original assembly, over the entire perimeter of the cover.

How to fit the back cover adhesive

Fitting requires a clean, dry chassis: any residue from the old adhesive must be removed before sticking on the new strip, otherwise adhesion on the edges will be poor. Alignment is done on the cutouts provided for the sensors and the charging connector, then the cover is repositioned and pressed evenly, working from the centre towards the edges.

This step generally follows the replacement of the back glass or battery of the Galaxy M53 5G, and requires the same precautions: light heat to soften the glue if there is resistance, and gradual pressure rather than a single press, to avoid air bubbles under the cover.
