Recognizing a faulty vibrator on Galaxy M11

The vibrator of the Samsung Galaxy M11 allows your phone to alert you without ringing. When it no longer works, you receive no tactile notification for incoming calls or messages, even if sound is enabled. The vibrator can also become intermittent, trigger without reason, or produce abnormal noise. These symptoms signal that it is time to replace it to regain full use of your device.

Original vibrator in service pack packaging

This vibrator is an original Samsung part, delivered in Service Pack. The Service Pack is the official packaging that Samsung provides to repair workshops. It is a new part, identical to the one that left the factory, prepared specifically for professional repairs. Installation and assembly precautions

The vibrator is fixed inside the phone casing, generally near the battery. Its installation requires disassembling the device and disconnecting the battery before any intervention, to avoid any electrical risk. Once the old vibrator is removed, the new one connects by its ribbon cable to the designated attachment points. The work is accessible to an experienced repairer, but requires care during disassembly to avoid damaging nearby components.
