Samsung Galaxy A72 SIM Tray Black (Service Pack)
Original SIM tray for Samsung Galaxy A72, supplied in Service Pack. New part in official Samsung repair packaging, reference GH98-46290A. Replaces a damaged, stuck or no longer properly holding the nano-SIM card tray. Black matte finish matching the original shell. Tested before shipping, 2-year warranty.
The Galaxy A72 SIM tray keeps the nano-SIM card in contact with the device's internal connectors. When it jams, warps or no longer ejects with the ejection tool, the phone loses mobile network and displays "No SIM card". This genuine Samsung part, supplied as a Service Pack, replaces the faulty tray without any intervention on the motherboard. Manufacturer reference GH98-46290A, black finish matching the frame edge.
New part in Samsung Service Pack packaging
A Service Pack refers to a new part packaged by Samsung for authorized repair centers. No refurbishment, no replaced components: the tray comes from the same production lines as the factory-fitted one, only the delivery box differs. This packaging guarantees exact fit to chassis dimensions and color match with other frame elements.
When to replace the Galaxy A72 card tray
The tray should be replaced when the ejection tool no longer triggers the mechanism, when the tray comes out crooked or when the SIM card moves once inserted. Mechanical deformation after a drop, a broken locking spring or a scratched insertion rail prevent stable electrical contact. The phone then switches between full signal and no network for no apparent reason.
Replacement without disassembly
The SIM tray is replaced without opening the Galaxy A72. The ejection tool supplied with the phone releases the faulty tray from the left side of the chassis. The new tray slides into the same slot until it clicks into place. No gluing, no ribbon cable to disconnect: the SIM card goes back in its place, network returns immediately.
Two-year protection
This part is covered by a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing or finish defect. The warranty takes effect upon receipt and applies to locking, card retention or chassis fit defects. Mechanical damage occurring after installation remains excluded from coverage.
